Since 2012, I’ve helped clients achieve their personal and professional goals through strengths-based, wellness, and creative therapeutic approaches. I utilize a blend of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational theoretical orientations to empower clients to accomplish their mental health, wellness, education, and career goals.

I have a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialization in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, and I have a master’s degree in Counseling, with an Art Therapy Concentration from Caldwell University. 

 

I practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC; #37PC00549000) and Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT; #16LP00005000) for the State of New Jersey, an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), an Art Therapy Certified Supervisor (ATCS), a Board Certified and Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C). I am also Core Faculty for Antioch University and the Co-Coordinator of Antioch University's Perinatal Mental Health Certificate program.

I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the New Jersey Counseling Association (NJCA), the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), the New Jersey Art Therapy Association (NJATA), the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), the North Atlantic Region Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (NARACES), and Postpartum Support International (PSI), including the local chapter.

I have presented nationally and internationally on topics including professional disposition and identity development, ethics, supervision, and the clinical training and education of counselors and art therapists. I am also an author and advocate, contributing literature on developmental art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and raising awareness on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
