Mental health supervisees must monitor the services they provide while ensuring personal self-care. In order to do the same, supervisees must meet regularly with a clinical supervisor to discuss their clinical work.
Supervisees can expect:
To continue growing both personally and professionally
To discuss transferential and countertransferential processes
To increase competency with a range of diverse clients
To develop a personal model of counseling and/or art therapy
To expand upon evidence-based theoretical interventions
