ART THERAPY
Art therapy uses the creative process to support emotional expression, insight, and healing—especially when words alone aren’t enough.
In our virtual sessions, we’ll use drawing, painting, visual journaling, or other creative tools to explore your experiences in ways that feel grounded and intuitive. Art therapy can be especially helpful for processing trauma, managing anxiety, reconnecting with identity, or finding new perspectives on life transitions.
You don’t need to be “artistic”—just open to using creativity as a form of care. Sessions are shaped around your goals and comfort, and materials can be adapted based on what you have at home. As with all my work, sessions are rooted in compassionate, trauma-informed care.
